Thanks to Interact club, York students get to see Mr. Urbanski dress up as a leprechaun on St. Patrick’s Day at school! Throughout this past week, Interact club has been collecting money from students in the commons and letting the students vote for a teacher to dress up. Interact club is the high school branch of the Elmhurst Rotary Club, which raises money throughout the year for international organizations. Interact club chooses which organization the club will raise money for and holds fundraisers in support of it for the whole year; this year they chose Nothing but Nets. Nothing but Nets is an organization that raises money to fund malaria nets for communities in Africa.
