Seniors prepare for graduation

Seniors returned to York to practice for their big day and picnic together in their final days as high school students.

First, the students sat in their graduation formation in the green and white gym. Then, in single file they made their way to the field house where graduation was held.

“It was good to see everyone,” said Emmett O’Brien. “And it was cool to gather the senior class together for one last hurrah.”

After the formal graduation practice, seniors carried on the annual tradition of the senior picnic. Because of the unpleasant weather the bounce house and food were moved inside and seniors partied in the south gym.
