Join Flags! It’s not as hard as it looks!
Have you ever wanted to be in the big marching band family, but you don’t play an instrument?
Yeah, so did we.
We march over with the band at the football games, following the drum majors.
But now you can! By joining Flags, you can get all of the perks of marching band without having to learn a new instrument. No previous/musical experience necessary!
Here’s how you can join:
Come to our first informational meeting next Wednesday, May 3rd, after school at the atrium near the band room.
The meeting will only last about a half hour, and we will give you a basic overview of the upcoming season and things to look forward to.
After this informational, we will hold practices in the Black Box Dance Theatre to learn basic flag moves.
It’s tons of fun to be on Flags, and we hope to see you at the meeting!
