York’s very own restaurant, La Brigade (pictured), held its first luncheon of the year on October 2nd. Mrs. Wendy Albert (pictured), class instructor said she’s “looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.” On average, the class holds a luncheon every other week throughout the year, after their initial training and testing end. Bailey Waldherr (pictured), manager, said his favorite part of La Brigade is “serving people and seeing their reactions.” La Brigade is known for their excellent cooking and presentation, great job to the staff on their first luncheon!
