Remember to chop up 1 tablespoon of garlic before sauteing your vegetables. If you forget a step, you can always cut the heat and go fix what you forgot. A Saucy Recipe: Try La Brigade’s Holy Trinity Sauce

Before you boil a tomato, you need to gently cut a shallow "X" on the top. This helps the process of making the tomato concassee for the sauce. The recipe recommends a roma tomato for the best results.
