Venture into the vegan world on your time off

Having excess time is nothing new right now; if you’ve exhausted your baking and cooking options, I encourage you to venture out into the plant-based world and try something new. These vegan cauliflower nuggets are the perfect option.
What you’ll need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- ¾ cup of flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- ½ cup of buffalo sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450℉
- Cut the cauliflower up into bite-size pieces as shown.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a large bowl
- Add your choice of dairy-free milk to the bowl of dry ingredients, I used Silk unsweetened almond milk.
- Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter mixture and arrange them on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven, allow the “nuggets” to cool for 10 minutes, then dip each one in the buffalo sauce, bake for an additional 20 minutes.
