Prom Fashion Show

Even though winter drags on and temperatures remain in the single digits, there are many upcoming events that signal that spring is just around the corner, like the annual prom fashion show.

Choreographed and produced by the Fashion and Merchandising Class, the prom fashion show consists of girls and guys modeling tuxedos and dresses for students, staff, and parents to come and enjoy during all lunch periods on March 26.

“This class is a lot of fun, but the prom fashion show is definitely the highlight of the course,” said Rebecca Borzello, junior. “Even though I can’t participate in it, it’s really exciting to plan how it’s all going to turn out!”

Furthermore, participating in the prom fashion show isn’t just walking down the stage; you get to participate in activities throughout the entire day of school.

“Girls get to have their hair and makeup styled for free, and then all the students have lunch together after the show in the restaurant, La Bridgade,” said Teagan Barnes, junior.

If you missed the sign up this year, don’t fret because all junior and senior girls can try out for the fashion show next spring! Don’t miss out on this experience to model dresses/tuxedos and get hyped up for prom this April!
