Culinary students take a trip to the Palmer House Hilton
York’s La Brigade students at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel
York culinary students took a field trip to the Palmer House Hilton Hotel on Friday October 2nd. This is the first year that students have received such a great opportunity.
Students even participated in the Stop Hunger Now organization where they packed 10,000 meals for hungry people across the globe. They also received an opportunity to see what the hospitality industry is like through a tour of the hotel and how it is operated.
