“I feel really good about placing 1st, its kind of surprising. My inspiration for my sculpture was that I wanted to create something that would terrify people,” said senior Josh Resing

In the month of December, York’s art students presented their time-consuming artwork for parents, teachers, and other students to see. The art featured at the show included sculptures, photography, drawing, and jewelry.

Here are some of the artists who placed in the Winter Art Show:

"The reason I took this photo was because my younger brother was in front of a sign that I thought was cool," said senior Vince Brunson.
