Homecoming is quickly approaching, and people are beginning their homecoming proposals. This means that the annual York-hi Homecoming Proposal Contest is back! There are a few simple, but necessary rules in order to qualify:

Procedures

You must complete the following steps to be eligible for the final round of voting . . .

1. Follow our Instagram page @this_is_york

2. Post your homecoming proposal photo

3. Tag us in the photo (@this_is_york)

4. Include #yorkhc2016

5. Photo must include all of the above and be uploaded to Instagram by 11:59 on Monday, September 19th.

Rules

1. All eligible photos must be uploaded to Instagram by 11:59 on Monday, September 19.
2. The top three couples with the most likes by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 19 will be posted to thisisyork.org on Tuesday, September 20.
3. No purchasing “likes”–posts with purchased likes will be disqualified.
4. On September 20, all students can go to ThisIsYork.org to vote for the couple with the the cutest proposal
5. Students may vote only once and must use their York account to vote on the Google Form provided
6. Voting will end Wednesday, September 21 at 11:59 p.m.
7. Winners will be posted to ThisIsYork by the end of 1st period on Thursday, September 22.
8. Top 3 winners based on number of votes.
9. The top 3 winners will receive prizes.
   1. 1st Place: 2 free tickets to Homecoming (YOU MUST go to bookstore to purchase tickets, but we will fully reimburse the winners)
   2. 2nd Place: $15 Starbucks Gift Card
   3. 3rd Place: $10 Starbucks Gift Card
