Remember to chop up 1 tablespoon of garlic before sauteing your vegetables. If you forget a step, you can always cut the heat and go fix what you forgot. When you cut all the vegetables, cut them into small cubes to help them cook faster and make the sauce a creamier consistency. Remember also to cut the belle peppers!
