Senior Sami Ayash runs to bring the Dukes to a tie game Friday night against Willowbrook. After a long and aggressive game the Dukes went on to win 25-23 to beat the unbeaten Willowbrook varsity football team. "The whole year we've been on a thin thread and didn't know if we were going to be able to finish a full season," Ayash said. "With that problem our team still worked hard at all times on and off the field and gave it 100%."

Senior Jeffery Grace III jumps up in an attempt to disrupt a field goal by Willowbrook. The game was back and forth the entire nightbut ended with an exciting 25-23 victory for the Dukes on their senior night.

Some form of normalcy was felt by students who were allowed to attend the football game against Willowbrook with their tickets. The game ended in a victory for the Dukes and the excitement was felt throughout the stands despite the noticeably smaller crowd than the football team was used to.

Junior Olivia Holubowicz assisted residents with the home and cleaning supplies. Residents were limited to one detergent along with several other limited products; however, other products were plentiful enough to allow for multiples.

Now, as a senior varsity cheerleader, Brown reflected on her time as a member of the cheer program as her season remains suspended. “I found some of my closest friends through York cheer,” Brown said. “I’ll always cherish all of the memories we have together.”
