Grace Moriarty

Grace Moriarty, Editor-in-Chief Web

Grace Moriarty is a senior at York, and this is her third year on the journalism staff. She is super excited to be the Editor-in-Chief of the website for the 2019-2020 school year. Grace is an avid runner, participating in both the girls cross country and track team at York. She loves fashion and is evidently the president of York’s fashion club! Grace loves iced coffee, her dog, Charlie, and traveling.

Outdoor apparel clothing company, Patagonia, belongs to the Sustainable Apparel Coalition. The company claims, "the quality of Patagonia depends, to a large degree, on whether we can reduce our impact on the environment. This means auditing the materials and methods we use to make our products, taking responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our products and examining how we use resources at our buildings and facilities." The Patagonia store is located on 48 E Walton St, Chicago, IL.
