When he isn’t going on about how a story has “a great shelf life”, he can be found listening to whatever strange music catches his ear and obsessing over early American political heroes. The influx of students returning to in-person learning means that many will be in the school building for the first time in over a year. While students and their families can choose to stay home for remote learning, most chose to return for the four-day schedule.

The Helios Concert Hall was the Overall LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Design winner in the 2020 Sustainable Design Challenge submitted by York’s Team Helios members, seniors Adrian Zhuang, Rose Menichini, Serena Jobi and Stephanie Yang.
